Have you ever noticed the most product images having seller’s logo on AliExpress? And when you import the products into your store, those watermarks are visible for your customers. It’s weird and able to decrease your sales because some peoples try to find the similar item on AliExpress and buy it there or just close your website if they don’t like to buy the products from China.
Usually dropshippers edit the images before publish the products. It takes a lot of time, because you need to use Photoshop or another external tool to customize the image.
Ali2Woo built-in image editor
We knew about such problem and added a built-in images editor to the plugin`s features. The image tool allows to adjust photos right in your WordPress Dashboard. There are several places where this feature is available.
- Import List
- Edit Product page
- Media Library
How to edit images from the Import List?
When you import products from AliExpress, they are added to Ali2Woo > Import List page. It gives an ability to edit images before pushing into your store.
Do you see a pencil button in the upper left corner of each image on the screenshot above? Just click on it and run the editor for an appropriate image.
There are four options on the right sidebar allowing to edit any image easily. It’s possible to crop, resize, draw a line or write a text on the photos. Therefore watermarks are not a problem now. Just make sure that you save the changes and click to the “save” button.
What about already existed products?
If you need to edit photos of already pushed products, you have two choices.
- Change them on the product edit page
- Find those photos in WordPress media library and run the editor from there
The algorithm keeps the same as it was described for the Import List. Just click a pencil button and start to work with the image.
