Sometimes you need to update shipping data (such as shipping methods and shipping prices) from AliExpress. Normally, you need to synchronize this data in a following cases:
- If you activate option to show AliExpress shipping options on your website and see that a seller change delivery cost and delivery methods on AliExpress
- If you activate option to include aliexpress shipping price to the product price on your website and see that a seller change delivery cost and delivery methods on AliExpress
- If you want to place an order on AliExpress using order fulfillment feature, and see the following error “Missing Shipping method” or “This product cannot be delivered” messages, or just see an outdated list of shipping methods in the order fulfillment popup.
How to synchronize shipping methods?
1. You can synchronize shipping data in the order fulfillment popup
This feature is available in AliNext plugin only! It’s not available in Ali2Woo.
When you fulfill orders using plugin`s order fulfillment feature, you see the order fulfillment popup. There is refresh button available near each product in the order, just click on it and wait until it makes the update. Once data will be updated, it updates everywhere: in the order and in related products in your woocomemrce store.
2. Also you can sync shipping data on the product editing page
Open product editing page, go to A2W Data > Shipping. Click on Reset and then Select shipping button. It will allow you to synchronize shipping options in the product.
