How Can We Help?
From Common Settings page, you can manage your plugin license (item purchase code) and configure main plugin settings.
Purchase Settings
Item purchase code is a license code that is automatically generated by Codecanyon platform when you purchase the plugin there. If you can’t find your purchase code, please refer to this article for more information.
You have to input your purchase code in the plugin settings. Otherwise all premium features of the plugin are disabled and it will act up like Ali2Woo Lite (free version of the Ali2Woo plugin).
By default one purchase code can be activated on one domain only. However if you want to switch a domain and use the purchase code on another domain, then follow the guide.
Also, if you want to use the same purchase code on multiple domains simultaneously, activate any subscription plan available for the plugin.

Default product type – Ali2Woo has two variants for the option. Default value is Simple/Variable Product. In this case Ali2Woo will import products into WooCommerce as Simple or Variable product depending on AliExpress product type. Another value is External/Affiliate Product and it allows you to import products as External products. The external products can’t be added into the cart on your website. When customers click buy button, it forwards your customers to AliExpress product page directly.
Default product status – choose a status for newly imported products. Choose Publish and products will be visible for your customers once they are completely imported. Also, you can choose Draft and keep your product in the Draft folder.
Not import specifications – AliExpress product page contains Item specifics section (i.e. attributes). Use this option to not import that data.
Not import description – Don’t import product description from AliExpress
Don’t import images from the description – Don’t import images containing in the product description from AliExpress.
Use external image urls – Want to save free space on your server? Activate this option and Ali2Woo will use the external paths and load them from AliExpress servers directly. Otherwise Ali2Woo saves the images on your server.
Use random stock value – Often AliExpress sellers use a fake stock value for all their products and variations, for example: 999. You can replace that value with more natural value. Ali2Woo will generate specific value from given range.
Import in the background– Product can have plenty variations with a lot of images. Therefore activate this feature to save your server resources during the importing process. If you want to know more about the background loading mode, check the following article.
Allow product duplication – Allow the import of an already imported product. This can be useful when you need to override product with the same product. For example if your supplier has changed something in a product (variants, description or even product images), you can easily override it with this option enabled.
Convert case of attributes and their values – Products may come with different text case of attributes and their values. This option allow you to set case strictly, for example you can covert text to lowercase automatically.
Remove “Ship From” attribute and Default “Ship From” country – Both options work in pair and allow you to automatically remove the “Shipping From” attribute from products which you add to the Import List. For further information on how to use this feature, please check the article.

The same in Chinese: “你好,这个是分销订单,请不要在包裹内放任何发票或促销信息,谢谢!”

Hola, necesito saber si puedo elegir productos solo con descripción en español. Vendo en España y no quiero importar productos con descripciones en ingles.
Gracias
Hello Ali2Woo plugin is based on official Aliexpress API that doesn’t support all languages.
We have another plugin for dropshipping AliNext. it supports Spanish language because it’s based on our own Aliexpress parsers.
You can migrate to AliNext easily because AliNext is fully compatible with Ali2Woo.
