How to Deal with Wrong Shipping Costs?
When you import products and choose to Use Aliexpress Shipping in the plugin settings, plugin will show a shipping selection dialog on your website. It can be a case when you see wrong shipping prices are showing there.
In order to resolve the problem need to determine a root cause of the issue.
1. You have to sync shipping options with AliExpress
Before trying this approach, make sure you do not exceed your daily API usage quota.. Please synchronize the product manually to update the product shipping information. Then, clean your plugin shipping cache by clicking on “Reset product shipping meta” in the plugin settings (shipping settings).
2. You have to set right region to your purcase code
AliExpress operates in different regions, which means that sellers can offer varying product prices and shipping costs depending on the customer region. When importing products using the Chrome extension, it is important to check the product URL displayed in your browser. The same product URL may appear differently in different regions. Here are a few examples:

Then simply submit a ticket to our support center and request to set up the correct region for your license. Please include a link to at least one product on your website and the appropriate link to that product on AliExpress (as described above). Also please speify what country do you choose in shipping-to address field on AliExpress. Our specialists will then assign the correct region for your purchase code.
After the region setup is complete, we will notify you through the ticket. At that point, you will need to clear your shipping cache (as instructed in the first step above) and enable the Aliexpress Sync feature in the plugin settings (under common settings). This will allow AliNext to update all of your products, including shipping information.
